Sleep Mix 20g

Ingredients:
Valerian Root, Hops, Sage, Passionflower, Peppermint, Lemon Balm, Sceletium Tortuosum.

Instructions:
Make a cup of Sleep mix 45 mins before bedtime with 1 to 2 teaspoons in a cup of boiling water, let it cool down for 5 min before drinking.
